Jessica Oppenheimer, LCSW is a co-founder and therapist at ThriveWell Psychotherapy. Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her master’s degree from New York University and specializes in treating adolescents, young adults, adults and families.
Jessica places an emphasis on building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in authenticity and trust. Using an interactive and non-judgmental approach, Jessica aims to provide a space that feels safe for individuals to explore their experiences and deepen their understanding of themselves, their relationships and their world. She integrates her extensive background in trauma recovery, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to support clients with building on tools and strategies to achieve their desired goals.
Jessica dedicates herself to being an integral part of each client’s journey and search for fulfillment and self-acceptance. Her mission is to empower, instill hope and help clients recognize that change and growth are possible.
Prior to starting ThriveWell Psychotherapy, Jessica worked for a private practice that specialized in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Jessica also has a background in working for community-based agencies providing trauma-focused treatment and family therapy.
